The Scraper Pig is a widely used pipeline cleaning tool designed for efficient debris removal. This pig features a steel frame and is equipped with four durable cups, enabling it to effectively clear soft dirt and dust from pipelines. A key component of this pig is its leather bowl, which serves two critical functions. First, it provides excellent sealing performance, allowing it to completely separate liquid or gas at both ends of the pipeline. This separation creates a pressure difference that propels the pig forward through the pipeline. Second, the leather bowl is instrumental in cleaning debris and removing dirt from the inner walls of the pipe, ensuring a smoother and more efficient flow.

The Swab Foam Pig is crafted from medium-density foam and features a polyurethane elastomer coating on its underside. Primarily employed for pipeline drying and debris clearance, it serves a multitude of roles.

The Polyurethane Bare Foam Pig primarily consists of medium or high-density polyurethane foam as its main material. Furthermore, the base of this product is coated with polyurethane elastomer. Consequently, its primary functions include drying pipelines and effectively clearing pipeline debris.

Mechanical pig includes metal body, disc and cleaning parts. The main material of the disc is artificial rubber. It plays a guiding and sealing role. The sweeping piece is made of stainless steel wire brush or artificial rubber blade. Several bypass holes are reserved at the top of the front of the pig to control the pig’s traveling speed in the pipeline.
