The chemical injection and sampler are the end devices of the chemical injection system or the piping medium sampling system.Periodically injecting chemical inhibitor into the pipeline is the most practical way for minimizing or controlling corrosion which requires chemical injectors. The chemical injection has many types of nozzles. The sampler is approximately the same as the injector. Coupon injection consists of pedestal, protecting cover, plug, droppersupport, dropper, connectingtube, and valve. The Internal Assembly of Sampler & Injector consist of solid plug body, injection nut and injection tube. The components connected to Tee are NPT nipple , valve, SWN flange .Process connection size are 2″flange, 2″Flareweld access fitting, 1″Nipple to NPT ball valve. Operation Temperature: -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.Pressure Rating: 6000 PSI or as Flange Size.
