Storage and use of corrosion coupon
First, the operator wipes the standard corrosion coupon (corrosion coupon) in distilled water. They wash with water for another 15 seconds;
Second, they scrubbed the standard corrosion test piece twice with absorbent cotton in chemically pure absolute ethanol (50ml/ 10 pieces);
Then, they need to put the standard corrosion test piece on the dry filter paper. Then dry with cold air;
The tester wraps the standard corrosion coupon (corrosion coupon) with filter paper. Then place it in the dryer. Weigh for use after 24 hours;
The originally packaged test piece shall be placed at a place free of corrosive gas. (moisture proof storage);
Finally, the unsealed but unused standard corrosion test pieces are still placed in the antirust paper. Then put it in a dryer.
