The Working Process of The Pig is As Follows:
Stage 1: Product transmission
Open the valves next to the receiving station and the transmitting station. At the beginning of product transfer, the pig is fixed in the station body by the stop rod in the launch station.
Stage 2: The pig is pushed into the product pipeline by compressed air.
Close the valve next to the launcher and the pig enters the production pipeline. The propulsion gas pushes the pig in the pipeline to the receiving station. To recover most of the products in the pipeline. The pig arrives at the terminal at the end of the journey. The propellant gas valve of the launch station is closed. Before the pig returns, close the valve next to the receiver. And opening the exhaust valve near the launch station.
Stage 3: Pig return
Propellant gas pushes the pig back to the launch station. Propellant gas is discharged through the exhaust valve. After the pig returns to the launching station, the stop rod returns to the standby position to keep the pig stably parked in the station.
