Pigging scheme of Urethane Cleaning Pig:
A scientific and reasonable pigging cycle shall be formulated for pipeline pigging. For pipelines that have been pigged for the first time or have not been pigged for a long time. A pigging scheme shall be formulated before pigging.
For crude oil pipelines with serious wax deposition, the operating temperature and throughput of the pipeline should be appropriately increased before pigging. Pigging section by section starts from the terminal end of the pipeline.
Control the reasonable running speed of the pig in the pipeline according to the different transmission media of the pipeline. Operators should also do an excellent job in tracking the pig.
Before sending the pig, check the pig passing indicators of this station and the next station. When the pig runs in the pipeline, the operating parameters shall be kept stable. Analyze the operation of the pig in time, and take corresponding measures for abnormal conditions. Without special circumstances, it is not suitable to stop transmission during pig operation. When carrying out pig receiving and sending operations, the operator should not operate directly against the blind plate. When taking out the pig from the pig receiver and removing the dirty oil, dirt, and residual liquid in the receiver, the wind direction should be considered.
