Lock Ring Quick Actuating Closure Innovations And Operations!
Quick opening closure mainly has the following innovations:
1. The main material of the sealing ring is fluorine rubber. It is a servo self-tightening double-lip seal structure. So it needs no preload. This does not require high sealing surface clearance. In the case of withstanding 1.5 times the nominal pressure, no leakage occurs. (However, similar domestic products use “O” type sealing rings, which are sealed by pre-tightening force. When pressurized, the gap between the sealing surfaces increases and leakage occurs).
2. The lock ring type fast card blind plate is made of high toughness materials such as two-way steel and 35CrMoA. This ensures that the blind plate will not be deformed under pressure. This greatly guarantees the safety of users.
3. In terms of safety, the lock ring type quick opening blind plate adopts safety interlocking device and sound and light alarm device. It can accurately grasp the location of the accident at the first time. This keeps losses to a minimum. This is also an advantage that other blind panels do not have.

3). Check before operation
The operator checks whether the inlet and outlet valves of the ball barrel have reached the fully closed position. They need to ensure that the balloon is isolated from the gas line. see picture 1
Check that the barrel is under pressure. If pressurized, find out the cause of the pressurization and vent the barrel.
Make sure there is no pressure inside the barrel.
