Pig launcher and receiver is a general term for cleaning, receiving, or sending pigging equipment for oil, gas, and other pipelines. The two ends of the installed pipeline are mainly composed of a cylinder, quick opening blind plate, reducer, support, short pipe, and other parts. It has the advantages of simple structure, fast switching, good sealing performance, simple operation, good corrosion resistance, safety, and reliability. Its design and manufacture refer to GB150 steel pressure vessels.
Pig receiver and launcher can be divided into PL launcher and PR receiver according to their uses. In the process of installation and operation, please read the installation and operation manual carefully in order to understand the connection mode and operation rules in detail.

Design pressure: 1.6-15mpa
Test pressure: 1.5 × Design pressure
Service temperature: 19-100 ℃ (if it is lower than -19 ℃, low-temperature materials can be selected according to user requirements)
Working medium: crude oil, refined oil, and natural gas
Corrosion allowance: 2 mm
The installation dimension can be appropriately modified according to the user’s process and site requirements.
