EMT polyurethane cup pig consists of a carbon steel mandrel body. The polyurethane cup pig has 2 polyurethane cups and a guiding disc. The increased destance between the guding disc and the cup prevents the pig from getting stuck in the tee of the pipe while running.

The pu cup pig can remove soft dirt and dust from the pipeline. Its leather bowl has two functions. First, pu cup pig has a good sealing performance. Therefore, pu cup pig can completely separate the liquid or gas at both ends. Then a pressure difference will be formed at both ends of pipeline pig, which can push pu cup pig to run. Second, pipeline pig can clean the sundries in the pipe and the dirt on the inner wall of the pipe.
